"Shape-Shifting Portfolio" from my perspective

I have been building my shape-shifting portfolio by taking into account certain tools and ideas that i will need to be able to start teaching in a "New Tomorrow". You cannot have one solid form when it comes to being an educator because there are always reasons why one form will not work and this is a land of diversity and awaiting challenges. I have been taking into account everything that Will Richardson and the other authors have been presenting to me through their work. Our role as educators in shaping our students' portfolios is quite simple. We need to expose our students to diverse areas of literature and technologies that will help mold their understanding of literature and the world around them. To mold their perspectives to see a three dimensional world.
